Whether you’re sitting down for a meal or ordering quick service via the app, these spots will have something for any GF eater. There is something at nearly every location, but these are our go-to picks.
Magic Kingdom
Quick Service - Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn
With burgers, nachos, rice bowls and salads, there’s plenty to choose from here for any hungry GF diner.
Table Service - Jungle Navigation Co. Skipper Canteen
This place is kitschy, entertaining and delicious. With 5 GF entrees, you’ll love the options here.
My favorite, “Tastes Like Chicken” dish is GF friendly.
Epcot
Quick Service - Regal Eagle Smokehouse
Pork, Brisket, Chicken, Ribs, Burgers, Salads, you will have a tough time choosing the GF meal you wanna try! There’s even a GF chocolate chip cookie AND a cider if you’re looking for a little adult refreshment.
Table Service - Tutto Italia and Coral Reef
The GF pasta dished up at this restaurant in World Showcase’s Italy Pavilion is absolutely delicious. My husband still talks about how good it was!
Coral Reef in Future World serves up seafood that is sure to delight your palate.
Hollywood Studios
Quick Service - ABC Commissary
There are 5 GF specific entrees but you can also get the yummy pork carnitas or shrimp tacos - just hold the flour tortilla.
Table Service - Baseline Tap House
This is my husband’s favorite spot in all of Hollywood Studios!
The cheese & charcuterie plate and spiced almonds are great but the big draw for him is the gluten-reduced Stone’s Delicious IPA.
Animal Kingdom
Quick Service - Satu’li Canteen and Flame Tree BBQ
At Satu’li just choose your protein and your base and the GF Bowl is a big win all around!
Flame Tree has GF rolls for yummy pulled pork sandwiches plus healthy salads - and the BBQ platters are big!
Table Service - Tiffins and Yak & Yeti
We have enjoyed delicious meals at both, and while Tiffins is a little pricier, if you’re looking for something special and allergy-friendly, you won’t be disappointed.
