Quick Service Favorites: Animal Kingdom
We're ranking our favorite quick service locations at each park including recommendations for what you won't want to miss eating while in Disney World! Counting down our top 4 favorites in the WILDEST park on property!
4. Harambe Market
It should be noted that although this is coming in last, the food here is far from last place! Located in the Africa section of the park, there is always plenty of outdoor seating. The sausage, chicken and rib dishes are so delicious and far from typical park food. The menu changes, but the portions are always generous and satisfying!
3. Flame Tree BBQ
This is a favorite among many park visitors, with a great central location right near the Tree of Life. The portions here are also very generous and everyone in the family will be happy with favorites like BBQ Ribs and Loaded Mac and Cheese or Pulled Pork Fries. The Salted Apple Caramel Cupcake often makes an appearance here and it’s definitely worth the calories!
2. Anandapur (Yak & Yeti) Local Food Cafes
Located in the Asia section of the park, this quick service stop includes menu items like Honey Sesame Chicken, Teriyaki bowls and Tikka Masala. The Chicken Fried Rice wins for the most cost effective and delicious meal on property at only $4 per serving! And if you’re looking for something sweet, don’t miss the mango pie, it is refreshing and delicious!
1. Satu’li Canteen
This definitely ranks as our favorite quick service meal at Animal Kingdom, maybe even all of Disney World! The ambiance and indoor seating at this quick service location take it over the top! Located in the Valley of Mo’ara in the Pandora section of the park, you won’t want to miss this dining experience. The specialty here is customizable bowls with a base, protein and sauce that you choose. The Cheeseburger pods are also a fan favorite, and you can order them as a side, not just a kids meal!
